United Church Camping is the largest residential camping network owned and operated by a religious organization in Canada. We currently operate 63 camps for children, youth, and people of all ages and backgrounds. From coast to coast, in every province and one territory (Yukon), thousands of people come to our camps to live in community, develop leadership skills, experience the outdoors, have fun, and deepen their faith in God.

Lumsden Beach Camp is supported by Rosemont United Church.

A short drive from Regina, located in the beautiful Qu'Appelle Valley, hugging the south shore of Last Mountain Lake, is a piece of paradise known as Lumsden Beach Camp.  Here surrounded by nature, warmed by the sun, refreshed by the rain, the magic of camp happens…and heart-warming memories are made.

Lumsden Beach Camp is a non-profit charitable organization owned and operated by the United Church. The camp runs weekly programs throughout July and August for children and youth ages 6-16.  Lumsden Beach Camp also provides day camps and rental opportunities in the month of June to school groups, boy scouts, girl guides and other organizations.

United Church camping is ministry. It is a ministry which touches thousands of children, teens, young adults and adults every year. It is a ministry which, as the church, we must celebrate and support.  Lumsden Beach Camp fosters opportunities for the discovery and nurturing of faith in God through Jesus and relationships with each other in a safe and accepting Christian community.

Camping is also a ministry that the church must take very seriously. If camp is to be a place where people meet God, it must be a place where they feel nurtured, valued and safe.  The church has an obligation to ensure that campers and staff are offered an environment free from any type of abuse: physical, sexual, emotional and theological.
